The 100% rye provides spicy vegetal notes, while the barrel imparts creamy butterscotch adn vanilla flavors. It has a very strong backbone of rye grain, a delicate, fruity sweetness, and a luxurious finish; a tasting experience that brings to mind rustic, rich desserts like pecan pie and cherry crumble.
