Westford Kirsch

A eau-de-vie fermented with tart, intensely flavored Montmorency cherries, resulting in clean cherry notes with hints of almonds and a smooth, long finish. A perfect accompaniment to chocolate desserts, fruit or almond tarts. In cocktails, Kirsch adds a true cherry flavor without the artificial cherry-ness often found in other liqueurs.
