Wine Description:
The 2019 Poplars Vineyard Chardonnay presents a deep straw hue with golden highlights. The nose offers aromas of ripe yellow stone fruits, sweet grapefruit, baked custard, and toasty wood, complemented by spice notes from fresh French oak. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, showcasing a synergy of fruit, oak, and terroir. The pronounced oak influence is balanced by ample acidity, ensuring aging potential.
