The 2022 ‘Zephirine’ Pinot Noir opens with a deep ruby colour, offering a captivating aromatic profile of ripe black cherry, dark raspberry, rose petal, and a hint of baking spice. On the palate, it is richly layered with flavours of red currant, plum, and subtle earthiness, all wrapped in fine-grained tannins. Medium-bodied with refined acidity, the wine exhibits excellent balance, elegance, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
