Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Rose de Blancs Brut (NV)

The Gimonnet family has been growing vines in Champagne since 1750. Pierre Gimonnet, for whom the estate is named, began making wine in the village of Cuis in 1935; today Pierres grandsons Didier and Olivier are in charge of the estate.

This wine is mostly vinified with chardonnay and a hints of pinot noir to give a light pink colour and to add berries fresh fruit flavours.
