Pezat Bordeaux Blanc 2022

Made by one of the true geniuses of Bordeaux, Jonathan Maltus, this is a blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc with a little Semillon and Muscadelle. The grapes have minimal skin contact with a very soft press to ensure that the wine is full of zest, fresh and bright. Herbaceous, crisp and fruity, this fresh wine has citrus juicy apples, a hint of yellow fruits, and bright acidity. Great on its own, but try it with fish, shellfish and poultry dishes.
