Henri L’hopital founded the Champagne J. de Telmont winery in 1911. Currently, the fourth generation of the family, including Bertrand and Pascale, brother and sister, run the winery. They put their knowledge, traditional values, and sustainability efforts into the House for producing exceptional Champagne wines. Passion and love for wine have made them one of the 20 largest houses in Champagne. In 2020 TheFrench family-owned spirits group, Rmy Cointreau, becomes the majority shareholder of Telmont. This purchase was driven by shared values and a common vision. The future of the House will be built alongside Bertrand Lhpital who remains Cellar Master and Head of Viticulture at Telmont.In 2022, the champagne house added a new minority investor: Leonardo Dicaprio.
