WINEMAKER’S NOTES:

In keeping with the spirit of POP, Pink POP remains resolutely young and fresh, with a delicious flavour that is almost sensual. It was produced according to the same principals that POMMERY holds so dearly in the production of its ros wines: a blend of different chardonnay and Pinot wines and a dash of red wine, allowing us to perpetuate, from year to year, this new blended wine called… Pink POP.
