NVMaisonAntechLimoux ClaraVie Brut Nature is a vibrant, zerodosage Blanquette de Limoux from the historic Domaine Antech in LanguedocRoussillon, France. This cuve is a blend of 90% Mauzac, with 5% each of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, all handharvested from the familys highaltitude, stony vineyards overlooking the Pyrenees. After the traditional mthodetraditionnelle fermentation and 24months on lees in stainless steel, the wine is disgorged with absolutely no sugar added.
