ABOUT THIS WINE
80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot. Harvest took place on August 25 (Merlot) and September 7 (Cabernet Franc). Maceration took place for 17 days in stainless steel tanks (native yeasts, whole cluster). The wine was barrel-aged for 19 months in 37% new French Oak (Bossuet & Sylvain).
