Livio Felluga, a pioneering figure in the region, established the winery in the 1950s after fleeing war-torn Istria. Now run by the fifth generation, the estate is celebrated for combining tradition with innovation, cultivating vineyards on hillside slopes to produce expressive, terroir-driven wines.
This vintage opens with a pale straw yellow hue and greenish reflections. The nose is vibrant and refined, marked by intense notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, elderflower, and tomato leaf. On the palate, the wine is fresh and structured, offering crisp acidity balanced by layers of citrus zest, gooseberry, and mineral nuances. Medium-bodied with a persistent, aromatic finish, it showcases Sauvignon Blancs characteristic brightness and purity.
