Lignier Michelot Chambolle Musigny Vieilles Vignes 2022

This wine is ripe and floral in its youth, with plush black fruit and crushed violet on the nose. The palate is dense and ripe with almost liqueur-like ripeness to the cherry tones and a hint of cola. It’s austere now, with firm tannins supporting the fruit, but will mellow pleasantly within a couple of years.
