Brilliant copper color. Creamy vanilla, dried apricot, and nut aromas. A round, supple entry leads to a smooth, fruity full-bodied palate with toffee, dried fruit, and balancing pepperiness. Finishes with a long fade of spice, cigar box and treacle. This is a highly refined style of Armagnac that eschews, for better or worse, the more typical brawny and rustic Armagnac characteristics.
