Huteau Boulanger ‘La Muse’ Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie 2023

Huteau-Boulanger owns a winery called Moulin Camus, which has become well known for Muscadet wine. La Muse is a range in their line-up, offering a variety of wines that are true and classic to each varietal. This wine is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne, also known as Muscadet. Its super bright and fresh, revealing a mix of lemon, lime, tart apple and pear. The wine is also aged sur lie (on the lees) for 3 months. This gives the wine a little extra creaminess and depth.
