Hakkaisan Seishu – 720 ml

This is Hakkaisans entry-level sake, made in accordance with their policy to deliver quality sake to as many people as possible. The rice is polished down to 60% of its original size and fermentation is done slowly and at a low temperature. They brew this sake so as to bring out a smooth and clean taste.
