Wine Description

The 2015 Grgich Hills Estate Chardonnay showcases a brilliant daffodil-yellow hue. On the nose, it offers an enticing bouquet of ripe pear, apple, apricot, and lemon curd, complemented by delicate floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine. The palate reveals rich flavours of Fuji apples, ripe pear, and stone fruit, progressing seamlessly to a long, elegant finish. Notably, the wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation, preserving its natural acidity and resulting in a crisp, food-friendly profile.
