Made from Grade A Yamada Nishiki rice from the Tojo area of Hyogo. Bursting with notes of lush melon that flow into cereal grains and toasted wheat. Finishes dry with hints of spice. The brewers intentially skip the step of adding more water at the end of the brew to retain the impact and depth of flavor.
