Fableist Chillable Red

This wine was made with the intention of being served chilled on a hot day. The Pinot Noir was fermented partially as whole cluster to bring in a bright, poppy fruit character. The Grenache, Syrah, and Blaufrnkisch spent minimal time on the skins before being pressed whole cluster to ensure maximum drinkability.
