Elio Grasso Langhe Nebbiolo Gavarini 2020

The Nebbiolo Gavarini of Elio Grasso is made with grapes deriving from vineyards situated in Monforte. It has a great structure, with a beautiful ruby red colour. Its aromas are fruity and fragrant with blackberry, raspberry, cherry, plum and violet notes. The taste has a good correspondence with the nose.
This wine is fresh, dry, elegant and soft, with a persistent aftertaste. It is perfect if enjoyed with first and second meat courses, medium aging cheese and all things BBQ’d.
