Tasting Notes
Vintage Overview
The 2019 growing season featured a wet winter followed by a mild spring, leading to a slightly delayed start. A warm but stable summer with no significant heat spikes allowed for slow, even ripening, resulting in wines with refined tannins, intense aromatics, and excellent flavor concentration.
Serving and Pairing
This wine is best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 1618C (6064F). Decanting for at least an hour before serving will enhance its aromatics and complexity. It pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roasted lamb, or aged cheeses, complementing its richness and structure.
