Wine Description
Dormilona Orenji is a skin-contact white blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented on skins for two weeks and matured in cement egg for eight weeks, it displays a striking amber hue. Aromas of peach, guava, and lemongrass mingle with notes of citrus and tropical fruit. The palate is lively and textural, with hints of tart persimmon and a subtle chewiness from extended skin contact. Balanced acidity carries through to a clean, persistent finish.
