Although Patrick Javillier has now retired, his winemaking legacy is in the capable hands of his daughter Marion and son-in-law Pierre-Emmanuel. Between them, they make an exceptional range of Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. Despite their relatively low holdings of premier and grand cru vineyards, the estate is held in high esteem. Their ethos, to ensure that every cuve from Bourgogne Blanc upwards fulfills its true potential, means that quality remains consistently high. They have an impressive array of Meursault village sites. The jewel in their crown is their Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru.
