Domaine des Carlines ‘La Vouivre’

Domaine des Carlines, established by Patrick and Sophie Ligeron in late 2015, is located in the small village of Menetru-le-Vignoble, part of the Chsteau-Chalon, Grand Cru dei Vin Jaune appellation, in one of its finest sections, distributed over the villages of Chteau-Chalon, Menetru-le-Vignoble, and Domblans.

Packed with warm notes of ripe white fruits and spice, La Vouivre is made from a cuvee of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Savagnin.
