Domaine de l’Ecette Vincent Daux Rully Blanc Maizieres 2018

Located in the heart of Burgundy, the Domaine de l’Ecette vineyard belongs to the Cte Chalonnaise area. This vineyard produces great wines on terroirs with good exposure, favourable to the expression of Burgundy’s two noble varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Vinification is done using traditional Burgundy methods, while also using modern manufacturing techniques with an ongoing concern for respecting the terroir and the quality of the wines. Today, our estate has 14 hectares of vines and is run by Vincent Daux who, after undertaking studies in wine-making, took over the family business in 1997.

The 2018 Maizieres displays floral notes on the nose, in particular white flowers. The attack on the palate is supple with a beautiful richness.
