A rare white from the Mdoc, the 2022 vintage of Chasse Spleen Blanc is composed predominantly of Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by a smaller proportion of Smillon. It displays a luminous pale gold hue with green reflections. On the nose, it opens with vibrant citrus noteslemon zest and pink grapefruitfollowed by white peach, elderflower, and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is fresh and zesty, with a medium body and vivid acidity that carries flavours of lime, gooseberry, and a touch of salinity.
