Wine Description
The 2021 vintage is composed primarily of Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Franc and a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon. It shows a deep purple colour with violet highlights. Aromas of ripe cherries, sloe, and blackberries are layered with floral tones, chalky minerality, and a subtle touch of truffle. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with flavours of dark berry fruit, dark chocolate, and refined toasty nuances. The tannins are silky and well-integrated, balanced by vibrant freshness. The finish is long, saline, and mineral-driven, reflecting the limestone plateau terroir.
