Chteau Anglus is an iconic estate located on the south-facing slopes of Saint-milion, Bordeaux. Owned by the de Board de Laforest family since 1909, it is now led by Stphanie de Board-Rivoal, representing the eighth generation. The estates philosophy combines meticulous vineyard management with precise vinification to express the exceptional terroir of the property.
A blend of Merlot (60%) and Cabernet Franc (40%), the Chteau Anglus 2022 displays a deep, vibrant purple hue. The nose is intense and multi-layered, revealing notes of ripe blackberries, blueberries, lilacs, graphite, and hints of dark chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and structured, yet remarkably elegant, with silky tannins and a long, persistent finish.

This refined Saint-milion pairs beautifully with rack of lamb with rosemary, duck breast with cherry sauce, or aged ribeye steak. It also complements earthy dishes such as wild mushroom risotto or truffle-infused pasta, highlighting the wines depth and character.
