Wine Description
On the nose, it smells ‘crunchy’ with notes of green apples, celery, cucumber slices, and peas, alongside tangy lime juice and slippery honeydew melon. Further aromas include green fruit elements like feijoa and guava, coupled with ripe Meyer lemon and fresh lychee. The palate is textural and flavourful, with a waxy, mealy texture, a pithy grip, and a zesty acidity leading to a fine finish.
