CedarCreek Estate Winery, founded in 1986, is one of the Okanagan Valleys founding wineries, known for its commitment to organic farming and minimal-intervention winemaking. The estates South Kelowna Slopes, particularly the Home Block Vineyard planted in 1991, provide a cooler microclimate and varied soils ideal for cultivating expressive, site-specific Pinot Noir.
This 2021 vintage opens with a deep ruby colour and inviting aromatics of wild strawberries, cranberries, and rosehip, layered with subtle earthy undertones. The palate is bright and focused, showing a lifted acidity and fine, integrated tannins. The wines structure is elegant and fresh, with a delicate finish that lingers with red fruit and mineral notes. Crafted with minimal intervention and aged with precision, this wine reflects both the vintage and the character of its hillside origins.
