Carrera Aejo presents a deep amber hue with golden highlights, a result of extended aging in oak barrels. On the nose, it reveals rich aromas of toasted oak, vanilla bean, and caramelized agave, layered with subtle hints of dried fruit and baking spices. The palate is smooth and refined, offering flavours of butterscotch, cinnamon, and roasted nuts, with a velvety mouthfeel. It has a full body and a long, warming finish that lingers with a touch of spice and dark chocolate. Made exclusively from 100% blue Weber agave and aged for a minimum of one year, this Aejo tequila is a fine expression of balance and complexity. Best enjoyed neat or with a single cube of ice.
