96 trees were used in the making of Buffalo Trace Single Oak’s Project. Each tree was cut into a top and bottom section and a barrel was made from each section. Ronnie Eddins experimented with different levels of air drying, different levels of char on the 192 barrels, different proofs and aged for 8 year.
