This Merlot takes a good hour to open, when it does its very aromatic. Flavours are fairly bold – blueberry, dark plum, cherry, black currant, coffee, and herb hints in a dark ruby colour. It leans pretty close to dry with a long mouthfeel thats quite intense and full-bodied.
