Apocalypto Anejo Tequila

Tasting Notes

Apocalypto Aejo is finely aged for 12 months, resulting in aromas of agave, oak, grass, honey, stewed yam, flowers, vanilla, bran, and caramel, followed by a nice citrus entry on the palate with agave, rich oak, vanilla and very ripe fruit, with a big yet dry mouth-feel and oak focused with a touch hint of tea and cocoa. The finish is structured and articulate, moving from rich flavours of caramel, spice and oak to light fruity and fresh flavours with a lovely aftertaste.
