Sourced from a selection of organically and regeneratively farmed vineyards throughout the SLO Coast AVA, this Pinot Noir captures the regions distinctive marine influenceproximity to the Pacific, calcareous soils, and constant coastal wind. The 2024 vintage was a cool, even growing season that allowed for slow ripening and balanced phenolics. Grapes were hand-harvested, partially destemmed, and fermented with native yeasts in open-top fermenters, with gentle extraction to preserve delicacy and aromatics. The wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 9 months and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulfur. The result is a bright, nuanced Pinot Noir marked by freshness, energy, and savory complexitypair it with duck confit, grilled salmon, or mushroom risotto.
