PeayVineyards 2023 Pinot Noir from the West Sonoma Coast is a beautifully expressive, estate-grown cuve that captures the cool-climate personality of its ridge-top vineyard, perched above a river gorge just four miles from the Pacific Ocean. Production for this vintage includes 99% destemmed fruit, aged for 11 months on lees in about 2028% new French oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered, with an alcohol level around 1313.7%.
