Fermentation unfolded in indigenous oak vats and amphorae using native yeasts, with an extended maceration that enhances its structure and complexity without dilution. No fining or filtration was performed, and sulfur was used sparingly. The result is a wine of clarity and purity, showing red fruit intensity woven with herbal nuance and a saline backbone. It will beautifully complement autumnal dishes like mushroom risotto, polenta with braised meats, or aged cheeses.

Under the stewardship of Elisabetta Foradori, the estate continues its Demeter-certified biodynamic approach, which aims to cultivate a robust vineyard ecosystem through composting, floral and herbal preparations, and lunar-timed field work. Foradori has been instrumental in restoring Teroldegos reputation by emphasizing site expression, massal selection, and non-interventionist winemaking.
