ABOUT THE WINE
From the sun-drenched, alluvial Morei parcel in the Campo Rotaliano, this single-vineyard Teroldego expresses the darker, more muscular side of the grape. The sites gravel-rich soils, remnants of an ancient riverbed, foster depth and mineral tension. In 2023, the wine was fermented spontaneously in clay amphorae and left on skins for eight months, allowing full phenolic expression without excess extraction. No oak is usedonly claypreserving the varietal purity and precision of the vintage. Certified biodynamic and farmed with regenerative practices, this is a soulful, elemental wine that pairs well with game, grilled radicchio, or mushroom-laden polenta.
