“Lezr” was created with a modern twist on Teroldego, using a shorter maceration to bring out the grape’s light and fruity side. In 2023, the grapes were fermented with natural yeasts and aged briefly in neutral vessels, including concrete and amphora, to retain freshness and purity. This Dolomiti IGT red is designed to be enjoyed young and slightly chilled, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of food pairings or casual sipping.
