ABOUT THIS WINE
Made exclusively from the estates oldest Gamay vines, the “Cuve Tardive” is produced from a late harvest, allowing the grapes to reach full ripeness. After handpicking, the grapes undergo fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks, followed by a gentle pressing. The wine is aged for 12 months in a mix of older French oak barrels and concrete vats to preserve its purity and express the terroir of Fleurie. Bottled in the unique 1.5L Magnum format, this wine is ideal for long-term aging, where it will continue to evolve beautifully over the years.
