Sourced from 5070-year-old vines rooted in rocky, clay-limestone soils across the southern Rhne, this wine reflects the concentration and character that only old vines can yield. A blend dominated by Grenache with a supporting share of Syrah, and a whisper of Mourvdre, the fruit is hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented with native yeasts. Aging takes place in a mix of concrete and old oak foudres, allowing the wines natural structure and purity to shine without excess oak influence.
Expect generous fruit laced with earthy, herbal nuancea reflection of the regions iconic garrigue. This is a versatile red for the table, pairing beautifully with roast lamb, duck confit, grilled vegetables, or hearty lentil dishes.
