This Brut Nature Ros is crafted from organically farmed Grenache, Mourvdre, and Syrah grown on the ancient Triassic limestone and clay soils of Vinsobres, a high-elevation cru in the southern Rhne. Fermented with native yeasts and made using the traditional method, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged sur lie to build complexity. No dosage is added at disgorgement, allowing the raw character of the vineyard to shine through.
Structured and gastronomic, this is a ros that calls for foodthink Provenal seafood stew, charcuterie, roast poultry, or grilled peaches with goat cheese. Serve well chilled and let it open slowly in the glass.
