ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
The producer is a family estate rooted in El Pla del Peneds whose vine-growing history dates to the 19th century; the family began bottling its own cavas in the early 1980s and works a patchwork of limestone- and clay-soiled parcels around Sant Sadurn dAnoia. Today three generations are involved, and the style favors clarity, long lees aging, and traditional-method craftsmanship.
