ABOUT THIS WINE

This vineyard lies just next to some of Nuits-St-Georgess finest premiers crus, at the top of the hill, sheltered by the fringe of woodland above. Indeed, he lavishes great care and attention on his 5.5 ha of vines, which he farms organically to produce fruit of superb quality. The winemaking is then all about respecting that fruit to bring the terroir through, which he does with great aplomb. A rising star to watch!

ABOUT THIS PRODUCER

Born in 1981, Aurlien owns 5.5 hectares of vineyards which he farms organically. Practicing intelligent, gentle winemaking, hes a young vigneron who spends most of his time in the vineyards. He produces genuinely exciting wines of great purity and personality. Over the last few years we have watched his wines gain in confidence and complexity.
