WINEMAKER’S NOTES:

Black currant, dark cherry, vanilla, cinnamon and BBQ spice rub with hints of cedar and cigar box. The fruit and earthy flavors are blended with dark chocolate and espresso beans while the tannins are refined and integrated. Once the wine opens up the layers and complexity are revealed, with ripeness and concentration balanced across the palate and finish.
