Vineyard and Production
Sourced from the La Esperanza vineyard in San Martn, Mendoza, the vines are over 80 years old, planted in deep sandy and clay soils. Traditional vinification methods were employed, including fermentation with wild yeasts over 15 days at controlled temperatures, followed by a 25-day maceration period. The wine was then aged for 12 months in 100-year-old foudres, contributing to its complexity and elegance.
