Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin

Ukiyo Blossom Gin is made with a base of distilled shochu, which gets redistilled with juniper, mandarin, and more. Following that, it’s infused with sakura flower, imparting a helping of fragrant floral notes. Deliciously bright and elegant, we think this will make for a brilliant G&T, and do very well in Spritzes.
