Ca’Secco Sparkling

Crafted in small batches from tantalizing white varietals and Pinot Noir, this Sparkling White dazzles with toasted brioche, caramel, and pear aromas. By using the Charmat Method (Metodo Italiano), they add a liqueur de tirage to their still wine in a sealed tank to induce a second fermentation with CO2 to invoke exceptional minerality that dances on the palate.
