Wine Description
The 2023 ‘Cincuenta y Cinco’ Pinot Noir is sourced from vineyards planted in 1955 on pebble-rich riverbed soils. This wine presents a radiant ruby hue. The nose offers a vibrant bouquet of orange peel, orange blossom, cherries, and subtle rose stem. On the palate, it is sleek and racy, with fine, silky tannins and a long, energetic finish. Fermented whole cluster at low temperatures to enhance floral aromatics, the wine is aged for 11 months50% in concrete tanks and 50% in second, third, and fourth-use French oak barrels.
