Wine Description
The 2023 ‘Mainqu’ Chardonnay displays a luminous straw-yellow hue. The nose reveals layers of apple, brioche, flint, pear, and slate, complemented by subtle hints of apple tart. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied richness with a vertical, deep character. Fermented in barrel without undergoing malolactic fermentation and aged for 11 months in barrique, the wine showcases fresh fruit flavors balanced by a saline minerality and a long, refined finish.
