The Taittinger Champagne House only creates a cuve millsime when the grape harvest is of an outstanding quality. Several years of maturing in the cellars will then be needed to ensure that the aromas slowly mature and develop the wines complexity and long-lasting character. Their vintages are made wholeheartedly with the discerning Champagne connoisseur in mind.
92 Points – Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate The 2014 Brut Millsim from Taittinger is showing very well, offering up aromas of white peach, green apple, nougat and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, bright and incisive, with a charming core of fruit and a delicate mousse, this is a pretty, expressive vintage for Taittinger. Sufficiently open and fruit-driven to be enjoyed, toasty complexity with come with a few years on cork.
On the nose: Vivid and lively. Exudes fruity and floral aromas, with a white blossom bouquet (orchard flowers, lime blossom, honeysuckle) punctuated with aromas of fresh fruits such as lemon and peach, giving way to almond notes with a hint of brioche.
On the palate: The palate is crisp and wonderfully precise. With citrus influences, it offers a truly excellent balance of structure and sophistication. The finish is complex, with both elegance and length.

In its youth, it expresses itself superbly on its own, and then as the years go by, its generous structure will pair equally well with delicate and refined dishes.
